Cancellation Policy

At Forma Pilates Studio, we want booking your slot to be simple and stress-free. 1) Class Reservations - You can book your spot online, by phone, or walk in (subject to availability). - To guarantee your place, we recommend booking in advance. 2) Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please provide at least [X hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. - Timely cancellations will be credited back to your account. - Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being charged. 3) Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time. 4) Demo / Intro Sessions - Demo sessions must be booked in advance (online, by phone, or in person). - Missed demo slots may not be rebooked without notice. 5) Payment - Payment is required at the time of booking (unless using a package or membership). 6) Studio Etiquette - Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene. - Don’t have a pair? No worries — you can purchase them at the studio before class. - Please silence your phone and respect the calm studio environment.
