Our Story

Forma Pilates was born out of friendship, passion, and a shared belief in the power of mindful movement. Founded by two friends who have always been fitness enthusiasts, Forma began with a simple idea: to create a space where wellness meets purpose—where people can reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build real strength from within.

Tired of the fast-paced, surface-level fitness trends, we wanted something deeper—something that felt both grounding and transformative. We saw how Pilates helped us not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. It gave us control, clarity, and balance in our everyday lives—and we knew we had to share that with others.
